At Art Room Model Management (the “Agency”) we respect your privacy. This policy summarises what we collect through this website (www.artroom.com.tr), how we use it and your rights. For the full legal notice see the KVKK / Privacy Notice.

What we collect

  • What you give us: information you enter in the application, contact and casting forms (name, e-mail, phone, measurements, photographs, message, etc.).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and a session cookie, needed to run and secure the site.
  • Only with your consent: anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) to improve the site. See the Cookie Policy.

How we use it

Only to answer your requests, evaluate applications, run castings and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Photographs

Photographs sent with an application are used solely to evaluate it; they are not published and not shared without your permission (see the Explicit Consent Notice). Model photographs on the site are published under the agreement with each model; to request removal of an image write to info@artroom.com.tr.

Under 18

For applicants under 18 we require parent/guardian details and approval. We do not process a minor’s data without it.

Third-party links

The site links to external services such as Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. The Agency is not responsible for their privacy practices; their own policies apply once you follow a link.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access, regular backups and security updates. No method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
