Explicit Consent Notice

This notice explains the scope of the explicit consent you give in the model application form. Explicit consent is consent relating to a specific matter, based on information and given freely. For the full information notice see the KVKK / Privacy Notice.

What you consent to

By ticking the box when you submit the application form you give ART ROOM MANKENLİK AJANSI PRODÜKSİYON ORGANİZASYON VE MİMARLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Art Room Model Management) your explicit consent to process the following personal data only for the purpose below:

• Data: the photographs you upload; name, date of birth, contact details, city and physical measurements (height, bust/waist/hips, shoe size); your message.
• Purpose: evaluating your application and telling you the outcome; if you are found suitable, contacting you about representation.
• Retention: up to 2 years after evaluation (you may ask for earlier deletion).

Good to know

• Photographs from your application are not published on the website and are not shared with third parties (clients/brands/agencies). If sharing becomes necessary we will ask for your separate written approval.
• Giving consent is not mandatory, but without it we cannot evaluate your photographs, so the application cannot be processed.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@artroom.com.tr. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing; afterwards your data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.
• This consent does not include permission for newsletters/commercial electronic messages; that is requested separately and optionally.
• Your rights and how to exercise them are described in the information notice.

For applicants under 18

If the applicant is under 18, this consent is given by the parent/guardian in the child’s best interests. The form requires the parent/guardian’s name, phone and an approval box. The parent/guardian may withdraw consent and ask for deletion of the child’s data at any time.

Record of consent

When you tick the box and submit the form, the date and time of your consent is stored with the application, solely to prove that consent was given.
