KVKK / Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data is processed by Art Room Model Management under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The Turkish version of this notice is the legally binding text.

The Agency does not ask for special categories of personal data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religion, biometric data, etc.). Even if such information could be inferred from photographs or details you send, it is processed solely to evaluate your application and on the basis of your explicit consent, without drawing such inferences. Please do not enter unnecessary sensitive information in forms.
3. How data is collected
Through the forms on this website (application, contact, casting), e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and in-person meetings, by automated or partly automated means.
4. Recipients and transfers
- Service providers (processors): website hosting ([hosting company]), e-mail delivery (Elastic Email) and, only with your consent, web analytics (Google Analytics). They process data only on our behalf and instructions.
- Clients, brands, production companies and partner agencies: only the profile data and photographs of represented models, limited to the relevant casting or job. Applicants’ data is never passed to them without your explicit consent.
- Public authorities and legal, accounting and audit advisers: to meet legal obligations and protect rights.
International transfers: some providers’ servers may be located abroad. Transfers are made on one of the grounds in Article 9 KVKK (adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or explicit consent) and, where GDPR applies, Chapter V GDPR.
5. Under 18
Applications from persons under 18 require parent/guardian details and approval. A minor’s data is used only to evaluate the application and, if applicable, for representation, with the knowledge and approval of the parent/guardian, who may exercise the rights below on the child’s behalf.
6. Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and recipients; request correction, deletion or destruction; ask that these actions be notified to recipients; object to a result arising from exclusively automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). Where GDPR applies you also have the rights of portability and restriction.
7. How to apply
Write to info@artroom.com.tr (with information allowing us to verify your identity) or to Elmadağ Cad. Elmadağ Apt. No: 4 Kat: 1 TAKSİM / İSTANBUL / TURKEY. We reply free of charge within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (and, if GDPR applies, your local supervisory authority).
